      All active U.S. Costco members (excluding U.S. territories). All members must have a valid and active U.S. Costco Membership number, along with a US address or PO Box. Emails with an international domain will not be accepted.
    • Can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?
      Yes, qualifying purchases can be made over multiple shopping trips.
    • How will I get my reward?
      You can receive your reward via a physical or digital Costco Shop Card. Once you select your preference for receiving the Shop Card during registration (either as a physical or digital Shop Card) this choice cannot be changed.
    • How do I change my email or mailing address?
      The email address and mailing address provided at registration cannot be changed.
  • Submission Process
    • How to submit a Costco in-warehouse purchase
      ● Select the Costco warehouse receipt option on www.getpgoffer.com, choose the number of participating products found on your receipt, and upload the image of the entire receipt.
      ● Submit entire Costco warehouse receipt as one (1) image formatted as JPEG or PNG file type. Screenshots or other file types will be rejected. Please ensure the full receipt is visible showing participating products purchased, date and time of transaction, receipt barcode, and the Costco logo.
      ● Note: Images containing multiple receipts cannot be processed. Please submit each receipt as a separate image.
      ● Maximum file size of 5MB per image.
      ● Click submit to complete submission.
    • How to submit a Costco.com purchase
      ● Select Costco.com order option from www.getpgoffer.com.
      ● Enter a valid Costco.com order number and click submit.
      ● Purchases from Costco.com must be submitted online and cannot be mailed-in for processing.
    • How to submit an Instacart purchase
      ● Select the Instacart / Same Day option on www.getpgoffer.com
      ● Select the number of participating products found on your receipt then forward the Instacart receipt to the email address displayed on the screen.
      ● Forward the Instacart.com receipt from the email address that was used to register for the program. The email MUST be forwarded with no changes made to the body of the email or subject line.
      ● Purchases from Instacart.com must be submitted online and cannot be mailed-in for processing.
    • How to submit a Same Day Delivery purchase
      ● Select Instacart / Same Day Purchase option from www.getpgoffer.com.
      ● Select the number of participating products found on your receipt then forward the Delivery Confirmation receipt to the email address displayed on the screen.
      ● Forward the Delivery Confirmation receipt from the email address that was used to register for the program. The email MUST be forwarded with no changes made to the body of the email or subject line.
      ● Purchases from Same Day Delivery must be submitted online and cannot be mailed-in for processing.
    • How to submit a Costco in-warehouse purchase via mail-in

    • I lost my receipt; how can I submit it?
      If you purchased at a warehouse, you can obtain a copy of your Costco receipt by visiting the membership counter at your local Costco. If you purchased online or through Instacart, you can retrieve a copy of your receipt through your Costco.com or Instacart account.
    • Can I submit receipts separately, or do all of my receipts showing $100 in qualified purchases need to be uploaded at once?
      ● Submitting Online: If you have multiple receipts, each receipt should be submitted individually as a single image
      ● A maximum of three receipt submissions can be processed online at any given time. Once three receipts are pending processing, no additional receipt submissions will be accepted. After the pending receipts have been processed, participants can submit additional receipts for online processing.
      ● Submitting via Mail: Your mail-in submission must contain the official submission form and the Costco warehouse receipt(s) showing $100 of qualified purchases or $200 of qualified purchases if submitting for two rewards. Any purchases over $100 will not be carried over to a second submission unless submitted in the same envelope.

  • Receiving My Reward
    • How do I receive my Digital Shop Card?
      Qualified Participants who have selected the Digital Shop Card and who are eligible to receive a reward will receive an email with instructions to claim their Digital Shop Card from the user dashboard on the Program Site. The Digital Shop Card can be accessed via the user dashboard on the Program Site until Program completion.
    • How do I receive my Physical Shop Card?
      Qualified Participants who are eligible to receive the reward will receive their Shop Card in the mail at the mailing address provided at the time of registration or on your mail-in form.
    • When will I receive my Costco Shop Cards?
      Members will receive their Shop Card 2-4 weeks after submission approval.

      Online participants can reset their password HERE. You will need to verify your identity using the Member ID and zip code associated with the account upon registration.
    • How do I log in to my account?
      Please make sure you have created an account on www.getpgoffer.com NOTE: This is not the same as your Costco.com account.
